Orální manifestace akutní hemoblastózy

Autoři prezentují dva pacienty z ambulantní praxe kliniky, u kterých byla akutní hemoblastóza doprovázena patologickými změnami tkání ústní dutiny. V prvním případě bylo klinickýmprojevem akutní myeloidní leukemie komplikované prořezávání dolních třetích molárů, u druhého pacienta akutní parodontitida a gingivitida s následnou sekvestrující ostitidou alveolárního výběžku dolní čelisti. V této souvislosti autoři upozorňují na možnost využití systémovéenzymoterapie při adjuvantní léčbě této komplikace.

Overview

The authors present two patients from the out-patient department of their clinicwhere acute haemoblastosis was associated with pathological changes of tissues in the oralcavity. In the first case the clinical manifestation was acute myeloid leukaemia complicated byeruption of the lower third molars , in the second patient acute periodontitis and gingivitis withsubsequent sequestering ostitits of the alveolar process of the mandible. In this context theauthors draw attention to the possible use of systemic enzyme therapy in adjuvant treatmentof this complication.
