Autoři ve svém sdělení předkládají problematiku nežádoucích, v orofaciální oblasti se mani-festujících, účinků léků, které byly indikovány pro nestomatologická onemocnění. Práce jedoplněna pěti tabulkami s přehledem jednotlivých častěji popisovaných nežádoucích účinků,např. krvácení po výkonu, léze na sliznici dutiny ústní, xerostomie aj.
