Výskyt metalických pigmentací gingivy

Cílem práce bylo sledování metalických pigmentací gingivy, které se vyvinuly v souvislostis protetickým ošetřením chrupu v naší republice běžně používanými slitinami. Soubor tvořilo23 pacientů (11 mužů a 12 žen), u kterých byla sledována četnost výskytu těchto pigmentacía typ slitiny použitý k sanaci chrupu. Z výsledků vyplynulo, že metalické pigmentace gingivyse nejčastěji vytvářejí u konzervačně a proteticky sanovaných devitalizovaných zubů. Se vzrůs-tajícím počtem použitých slitin byl patrný i větší počet pigmentací v ústech. Proto je nutnámaximální uvážlivost při výběru stomatologických slitin pro ošetření a jako perspektivníalternativa se jeví použití nekovových karbonových čepů pro kořenové nástavby a použití"metal-free" materiálů pro fixní práce menšího rozsahu.

Overview

The aim of this study was the observation of the gingival metal pigmentationsdeveloped after application of metal prosthetic restorations made of the alloys usually used inthe Czech republic. By 23 patients (11 male and 12 female) the occurrence of the gingival metalpigmentations and the type of the dental metal alloys were examined. It was found that gingivalpigmentations developed most frequently by the teeth without pulp which were treated withconservative and prosthetic methods. Number of the gingival pigmentations positively corre-lated with the number of the dental metal alloys used for prosthetic restorations. For thisreasons is necessary to be carefully with the choice of dental metal alloys. Carbon posts and"metalfree" materials can be considered as perspective materials for prosthetic restorations.
