Surgery of Internal Disorders and Osteoarthri-tis of Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ)
Chirurgická liečba vnútorných porúcha osteoartrózy temporomandibulárneho kĺbu
V nasledovnom príspevku predstavujeme dve chirurgické metódy liečby vnútorných porúcha osteoartrózy temporomandibulárneho kĺbu (TMK), artroskopiu a artrotómiu. V článku súv skratke opísané indikácie, postupy so svojimi výhodami a následná pooperačná starostlivosť.Nevyjasnenosť etiológie nás núti preferovať menej invazívny postup, artroskopiu a artrotómiuponechať na pokročilé štádiá, a pri neúspechu jednoduchších metód.
