Social Model of Mental Disorders
Sociálny model duševných porúch
Súhrn:
Cieľom tejto práce je pokúsiť sa o vytvorenie sociálneho modelu duševnej poruchy, ktorý byzachytil duševnú poruchu v spoločenskom pohybe. Náš návrh modelu je založený na dvoch rovináchspoločnosti, na rovine makrosociálnej a rovine mikrosociálnej, ktoré sa podrobnejšie opisujúv sociológii a ktoré, podľa našej mienky, vyhovujú aj sociálnemu modelu duševnej poruchy. Podľatohto modelu možno plnšie a presnejšie opísať situáciu chorého a posudzovať komplexnejšie jehozaradenosť v spoločenskom prostredí a sociálne faktory jeho duševnej poruchy.

The objective of the presented work is to create the social model of mental disorders. The modelshould refl ect mental disorder in relation to functioning in the society. We proposed the social modelof mental disorders based upon two societal levels, both on macrosocietal and microsocietal level.These prospects are more profoundly described in sociology. In our opinion, they are in congruencewith the social model of mental disorders. This model enables more thoroughly and precisely depictthe patient’s situation as well as to assess more in depth his/her role in the social environment.Moreover, the model facilitates to assess social factors contributing to mental disorder of theindividual.
