Psychopatologie chronicky dialyzovaných pacientů. Jsoudialyzovaní pacienti ohroženi demencí?

Souhrn:
Cílem našeho výzkumu bylo posoudit, zda u chronicky dialyzovaných pacientů vznikajíkognitivní poruchy, zda tyto poruchy souvisí s dialyzační léčbou, s její délkou a s věkem pacienta,zda se na případné psychopatologii podílí i sociální zázemí a psychický stav pacienta. Pomocístandardizovaných testů Mini Mental State Examination, Clock Test a Dotazníku sociální adaptace jsme vyšetřili 62 chronicky dialyzovaných pacientů z dialyzačního oddělení 1. interní klinikyFN Plzeň. Souvislost mezi délkou chronické dialýzy a vznikem kognitivních funkcí se nepotvrdila.

The objective of our research was to evaluate whether in chronically dialyzed patients cognitivedisorders develop, whether these disorders are connected with dialyzation treatment, and itslength and the patients’ age, whether in the possible psychopathology also the social backgroundand mental state of the patient participate. Using standardized tests of the Mini Mental StateExamination. Clock Test and Social Adaptation Questionnaire, the authors examined 62 chronically dialyzed patients from the dialyzation department of the First Medical Clinic, Faculty Hospital Plzeň. No connection between the duration of chronic dialysis and the development ofcognitive functions was confirmed.
