Surgical Solution of Sequelae of Oncoloical Treatment in the Orbital Region
Chirurgické řešení následkůonkologické léčby v oblasti orbity
Komplikace po chirurgické onkologické léčbě a ozáření jako jsou poruchy růstuobličejového skeletu, orbitoetmoidální píštěle a další představují významný problémpro další představují významný problém pro další osud pacienta. Pro jejichodstranění je nezbytná spolupráce oftalmologa amaxillo-faciálního chirurga neboplastického chirurga, protože je nezbytné použít celé řady rekonstrukčních postupů,z nichž některé jsou v práci uvedeny. Některé postupy jsou demonstroványu třech pacientů, u kterých byly provedeny osteotomie orbity a implantace kostníchštěpů, přenos vaskularizovaných tkání a kožních laloků. U všech uvedenýchpacientů došlo k výraznému zlepšení.

Complications after surgical oncological treatment and irradiation such as impairedgrowth of the facial skeleton, orbitoethmoid fistulae and others are animportant problem for the patient´ s further fate. For their elimination collaborationof the ophthalmologist and maxillofacial or plastic surgeon is essential asvarious reconstruction procedures must be used some of which are mentioned inthepaper.Someproceduresaredemonstratedonthreepatientswhereosteotomiesof the orbit and implantations of bone grafts were performed as well as transplantationof vascularized tissues and skin flaps. In all mentioned patients markedimprovement was recorded.
