Problematika řešení pooperačního astigmatismu po perforující keratoplastice jesložitá. Existuje několik možných metod korekce. Důležitá je doba a přístup kekorekci astigmatismu po perforující keratoplastice.Autoři referují o souboru 10 očí ošetřených metodou LASIK na přístroji Keracor117. Ve čtyřech případech se jednalo o hyperopii s astigmatismem a u šesti očío myopii s astigmatismem, průměrný věk byl 46,25 roků. Průměrná hodnotapředoperační sférické hyperopické komponenty byla +1,37 D a myopické sférickékomponenty - 2,12 D. Předoperační hyperopický astigmatismus byl +4,5 D a astig-matismus myopický -5,84 D. Doba sledování byla 9,5 měsíce (1 - 25 měsíců). Autořihodnotí pooperační naturální vizus, výslednou pooperační refrakci, výskyt kom-plikací a změny endoteliálních buněk před a pooperačně.Výsledný průměrný pooperační hyperopický astigmatismus byl +0,5 D a myopickýastigmatismus -2,4 D. Redukce hodnot astigmatismu hyperopického byla 88,9 %a myopického 58,9 %, redukce sférické hyperopické komponenty byla 100% a myo-pické komponenty 75%.Pro dobrou stabilizaci pooperační refrakce, nízký výskyt peroperačních a poope-račních komplikací a nesignifikantní úbytek endoteliálních buněk je metodaLASIK hodnocena jako efektivní.

The authors present an account on a group of 10 eyes treated by the LASIK methodon an apparatus Keracor 117. In four instances hyperopia with astigmatism wasinvolved and in six eyes myopia with astigmatism, the mean age of the patientsbeing 46.25 years. The mean values of the preoperative spherical hyperopiccomponenent was +1.37 D and of the myopic spherical component -2.12 D. Thepreoperative hyperopic astigmatism was +4.5 D and the myopic astigmatism -5.84D. The follow up period was 9.5 months (1-25 months). The authors evaluate thepostoperative natural vision, the resulting postoperative refraction , the incidenceof complications and changes of endothelial cells before and after surgery.The resulting mean postoperative hyperopic astigmatism was + 0.5 D and themyopic astigmatism -2.4 D. The reduction of values of hyperopic astigmatism was88.9 % and of myopic astigmatism 58.9 %, the reduction of the spherical hyperopiccomponent was 100 % and of the myopic component 75 %.On account of the stabilization of the postoperative refraction, low incidence ofperoperative and postoperative complications and the insignificant decrease ofendothelial cells the LASIK method is evaluated as effective.
