Novinky v monitorování hemodynamiky 2005 – část 1
Souborný referát shrnuje novinky v monitorování celkové hemodynamiky, především za rok 2005.Tato část je zaměřena na využití plicnicového katétru a systému PiCCO včetně hodnocení extravaskulární plicní vody. Dále jsou uvedeny méně invazivní metody měření srdečního výdeje.

Overview
This review article summarizes new trends in systemic haemodynamic monitoring mainly in 2005.This part is aimed at the use of pulmonary artery catheter and the PiCCO system including assessment of the extravascular lung water. Less invasive methods for assessment of cardiac output are mentioned.
