First Experience with Bispectral Index as a Standard for Determination of Anesthesia Depth
Prvé skúsenosti s hodnotením bispektrálneho indexu ako štandardu preurčovanie hĺbky anestézie
S rozvojom anestézie sa hľadajú spôsoby objektivizovať jej hĺbku, ako i dopad anestézie na perioperačné procesy vnímania. Autor analyzujejednotlivé spôsoby objektivizácie hĺbky anestézie. Na súbore 20 pacientov demonštruje svoje prvé výsledky s hodnotením bispektrálneho indexu prianestézii.

Along with the development of anesthesia, there are continuous efforts to assess the depth of anesthesia together with perioperative processes ofperception. The author analyzes several methods to objectively assess the depth of anesthesia. First experience with bispectral index monitoring isoutlined on the set of fifteen patients.
