Dlouhodobá kardiopulmonální resuscitace u pacientky intoxikované letálnídávkou betablokátoru Sectral
Autoři v kazuistice popisují dlouhodobou kardiopulmonální resuscitaci u mladé ženy, intoxikované v suicidálním pokusu letální dávkou Sectralu –selektivního beta-1 blokátoru. I přesto, že srdeční masáž trvala velice dlouho (4,5 hodiny), pacientka intoxikaci přežila.

The authors present a case report on protracted cardiopulmonary resuscitation in a young woman, who ingested a lethal dose of Sectral in a suicidalattempt. Sectral is a selective beta-1 blocker. In spite of the extreme length of cardiac massage (4.5 hours), the patient survived.
