Remifentanil – ekonomická únosnost pro běžnou praxi

Cílem sdělení je porovnání výše finančních nákladů potřebných pro kombinovanou anestezii při použití remifentanilu s finančními nákladyvynakládanými na běžnou anestezii. Rozdíl činil 75 Kč/h v neprospěch prvé. Větší hemodynamická stabilita, menší výskyt komplikací a lepší pooperačníkomfort nemocného nás vedl k zavedení remifentanilu do běžné anesteziologické praxe i za cenu mírného nárůstu finančních nákladů na anestezii.

Overview

We sought to compare the financial expenditures associated with combined anesthesia wit h remifentanil to financial expenditures associated withroutine anesthesia. The difference was 75 Czech crowns/hour in favor of routine anesthesia. However, better hemodynamic stability, lower incidenceof complications and better postoperative comfort of a patient led us to the introduction of remifentanil to routine anesthesiologic practice even whenfinancial expenditures associated with this type of anesthesia have risen mildly.
