Cerebrovaskulární neurochirurgie – přehled a role neuroanesteziologav interdisciplinárním týmu

Autoři podávají souhrnný přehled o výkonech v oblasti cerebrovaskulární neurochirurgie. V jednotlivých odvětvích – chirurgii aneurysmat, AVMa chirurgii ischemie mozku informují o současných trendech v léčbě, alternativách neuroradiologického či radiochirurgického řešení a srovnávajívlastní výsledky s publikacemi ve větové literatuře. Je zdůrazněna týmová spolupráce v níž významnou roli hraje neuroanesteziolog.

Overview

The authors are presenting the review of cerebrovascular neurosurgery. In particular areas, namely aneurysm and AVM surgery and in the surgeryfor cerebral ischemia, recent advancements and trends in the medical, surgical, neuroradiological and radiosurgical treatment alternatives arediscussed. Authors are comparing their results with the results published in the international literature. Interdisciplinary team approach and importanceof neuroanesthesiologist as an integral member of a team are stressed.
