Klonidin v premedikaci u popálených pacientů

Testovali jsme hypotézu, zda klonidin v premedikaci potlačí nežádoucí hemodynamické změny během ketamin-diazepam-fentanylové anesteziepopálených pacientů. U každého pacienta v souboru jsme při opakovaných anesteziích střídali premedikaci s klonidinem a bez klonidinu. 20 pacientůmbylo podáno 0,150 mg klonidinu ve 100 ml infuzi i.v. 15 minut před operací (klonidin i.v.) a 10 pacientům 0,300 mg i.m. 30 minut před operací (klonidini.m.). We tested a hypothesis that clonidine in premedication suppresses adverse hemodynamic reactions during ketamine-diazepam-fentanyl anesthesiafor burned patients.
