Blokáda nervus laryngealis superior pro intubaci při vědomí
Endotracheální intubace při vědomí pacienta tvoří zvláštní kapitolu zajištění dechových cest. Bez dokonalého znecitlivění je tato nemyslitelná. Prácesi kladla za cíl srovnat účinnost topické aplikace lokálního anestetika s regionálním způsobem anestezie ve formě oboustranné blokády nervuslaryngealis superior.

Tracheal intubation in an awake patient constitutes a distinct art and skill in airway management. This could not be accomplished without completesensitive anesthesia. The paper presents the results from two methods applied: topical application of local anesthetic versus regional anesthesiaproduced by bilateral superior laryngeal nerve block.
